Vivienne Fay – Managing Director

Vivienne is the founder and Managing Director of Irwin HR. She holds an MBA from University College Dublin, a Post Graduate Diploma in Conflict Resolution  from Trinity and an MSc in Work and Organisational Behaviour from Dublin City University. Vivienne has almost twenty years’ experience as a senior manager in the public sector, where she has worked at service and corporate level. She is an experienced executive coach, mentor, mediator, facilitator, workplace investigator and trainer, with a background in nursing, operations and human resource. She has gained extensive experience working with multidisciplinary teams, managing a large workforce and multi-million budgets, which has provided her with first-hand experience of the demands and challenges faced by those working in complex, dynamic and constantly changing organisations. Vivienne uses this insight to support Irwin HR clients to build positive change through appropriate solutions that maximises potential and achieves results.

Charlie is a Sales, Marketing, Programme and Change Management Executive with over 20 years’ experience of building teams, delivering change and developing / delivering new solutions to market. The last 15 years of Charlie’s career have been at CEO/MD level, focused on start-up enterprises, developing the models for the companies to scale globally.

Finola

Finola Howe – Consultant

Finola holds a B Eng. (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Industrial Studies from the University of Ulster. She has an executive MBA from Columbia University Business School, New York and an MSc in Work and Organisational Behaviour from Dublin City University. Finola is an accredited Mediator specialising in workplace mediation and working with senior leadership teams and is an executive coach with qualifications in psychometric testing. Finola has over 20 years experience in various Engineering, Management and Senior Leadership roles and has managed global teams and organisations with multimillion dollar budgets, achieving improved organisational performance, employee and customer satisfaction.

Jim Howe – Health & Safety Consultant

Jim holds a BA in Psychology  and an MA in Adult Education and Training from the National University of Ireland Galway. He has over 15 years’ experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes. He is a qualiCed in QQI Risk Management and Assessment, and is a QQI qualiCed Health and Safety Instructor. Jim has over 35 years experience working in the Irish Defence Forces and the Irish Prison Service, and was a lecturer/trainer for 10 years in the Irish Prison Service College. He has extensive knowledge of threat and risk management and uses this with his experience to develop and deliver training modules.
